The amazing Yuval was with us through Arbel's whole first year! We started physiotherapy because of a side preference, and went on to work on how hard he found lifting his head and tummy time — hard for Arbel, and for us as parents too. Yuval was simply an angel! Warm, attentive and professional, she showed us a wide range of exercises that weave in play and music, and they produced results very quickly! Arbel closed the gaps, and today we barely even remember the worries we had at the start. To anyone still hesitating: stop hesitating and go to Yuval! The moment we walked through the door she welcomed us with a huge smile, and from the second we sat down in that first session I felt wrapped in professionalism, sensitivity and confidence. Every question we had was answered. Our Omer fell in love with her instantly (of course), and after an assessment we got a detailed, gentle explanation of his low tone - what it means, how it affects him and what we can do to help! Yuval played with us and practised movements, games and exercises together with us, and we left with homework for the road ahead. We have to say that beyond the physio exercises, the shift in mindset her approach gave us mattered just as much as the practice itself! And alongside all of that we saw incredible(!!!) progress, very fast. After about two sessions Yuval was open and honest and told us there was improvement and that we could keep practising at home until our HMO physio appointment came up. (We never wanted to wait for the HMO in the first place - the appointment we were given was about three months out, and we are so glad we chose to come to Yuval as early as we did. We saw how much it helped our Omer with the things he wanted so badly to do and found hard!) We will continue the treatment through our HMO for now, but Yuval is always available on WhatsApp and Instagram for any question, tip or recommendation - or just to show off his progress:) We feel completely comfortable asking her anything, and we are certain that the moment we feel another hand is needed, we won't hesitate for a second and will book with her again. I saw Yuval with both of my boys — Yonatan with slightly increased tone, and Yarden with torticollis (two and a half years apart; it was clear to me I would come back to Yuval for the second child too). She treated us with real dedication, gave us clear guidance that was easy to follow, with no need to buy special equipment — just using what we already had at home. This is not just another recommendation — it's truly our story. Finding someone like Yuval in the midst of such a difficult journey is simply a gift. She has been with us for about a year and a half. I came to her on our doctor's recommendation to begin physiotherapy because of hypermobility (which showed up as locking knees), after I'd had two sessions with a different physiotherapist in the area and wasn't happy with them. It felt like she wasn't giving my daughter the care she needed, and that I was only coming to pass the time. I started looking for another physiotherapist and came across Yuval by chance, on Instagram! From our very first conversation Yuval was warm and professional. We set up a first session at our home, and a real love story has unfolded between us ever since. Yuval would come to us for follow-ups once every month or two, as needed. She always made a point of telling us when a session wasn't necessary, something my husband and I appreciated so much that we'd ask her to come anyway. Today, after a year-plus of treatment, we've stopped, on Yuval's own recommendation. Thanks to her we've learned to live alongside the hypermobility, not to panic over everything written and said to us, and to understand that this is our own personal journey, which had stressed us so much at the beginning.
